Shipping & Delivery
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is 100% FREE (₹0) on all orders across India.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. For remote "interior" locations, it may take 10–12 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send a Tracking ID and link to your registered WhatsApp number and Email.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 2–4 day return window for general issues. For damaged or wrong items, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Why is an unboxing video mandatory?
To protect both the buyer and Loufinds from transit damage or missing items, a clear, unedited 360-degree unboxing video is required for all claims. No video = No refund/replacement.
How will I receive my refund?
Prepaid: Refunded to the original payment source (5–7 days).
COD: Refunded via UPI or Bank Transfer (3–5 days) after verification.
